Scotsgrove House is the major portion of this listed building and is now welcoming visitors that seek bed and breakfast accommodation in a lovely setting. The house is splendidly positioned on high ground overlooking gardens, woods and Thame beyond. The extensive lawns and gardens are for our guests to enjoy. Inside the splendid early Victorian features show off the antique furniture to great effect.

The house has historic links with both Thame Park a Notley Abbey and was listed as one of the Five Manorhouses of Thame. Indeed, local legend has it that the Monks of Notley stole away their golden prayer bell just before their abbey was sacked by Henry V111, and buried it somewhere at Scotsgrove.

Whether your visit is recreational or for business, you will find a warm welcome from Liz and George.

There is ample private car parking space to the left of the front door.

Scotsgrove is a non-smoking environment.
